Fall weddings are magical for a lot of reasons. 1) The weather in the Great Northwest is stellar, 2) the seasonal colors, changing leaves, etc. make for an amazing backdrop, and 3) the flowers that are still available in this "off season" are simply stunning. Deep reds, golden yellows, burnt orange, chocolate brown... we swoon... Check out this darling Fall wedding of ours that ended up being featured on Style Me Pretty! Photography by: Erica Ann Venue: Pazzo, Wine Cellar Flowers and Syling : Geranium lake Flowers Happy Friday! So sorry to have been MIA this week. After an amazing weekend at a very busy bridal show, we have been busy filling up our calendar with 2014 weddings and ramping up for a really full summer. If you know anyone who is planning a wedding and needs gorgeous flowers (and so much more!) be sure to have them give us a call at 503.228.1920 for a complimentary consultation. In the meantime, have a fun 3 minutes perusing these lovelies below... coral charm peonies? Check. Peachy orange dahlias? Check. Fuchsia anemones? Check. Vibrant orange ranunculus? Check. We're ready for summer. How about you? Photography by: Powers Mt Hood Organic Farm is a gorgeous venue 85 miles away from Portland where you'll find a laid back atmosphere that was the perfect backdrop for this outdoor, summer wedding. The overall look was rustic and charming but the vivid pops of fuchsia and orange provided just the right amount of color against the day's clear blue sky. We used roses, safari sunsets, and blue-ish grey succulents for texture and a kick of interest. We also played with curly willow to create height for the centerpieces and a bit of wildflower whimsy. Photography by: Jessica Watson Venue: Mt Hood Organic Farm Last week we finally had a breather and were able to organize some of the FABULOUS images we've received from this past summer. This sherbet themed wedding knocked our socks off! Sydnie was one of our Pin it to Win it! contestants and although she didn't win, her overall vision was obviously spot on. Sydnie even decided to create her centerpieces personally, using our DIY bench and some wooden boxes she had collected. It turned out amazing and we were so honored to be a part of their big day. We hope you love it! Photography by: You Look Nice Today Photography PS. If you'd like information on our DIY bench, please email [email protected] |
